THANK YOU
We would be honoured to host a pre-wedding dinner as a way of saying a big thank you to you all for travelling all the way to Iceland to see us get married! It means the world to us that you will be there! Dinner will be held at ROK, one of our favourite restaurants in downtown Reykjavik, located very close to the capital city's breathtaking church, Halgrimskirkja!

ROK
At ROK the idea is you order two dishes as the portions are smaller so think large tapas! You'll get the opportunity to taste some of the freshest local delicacies such as artic char in a traditional Icelandic fish pie, lamb, beef and even reindeer!

The Evening Ahead
ARRIVAL
Please arrive for 18:45 sharp!

DRINKS​
We will be providing a welcome drink to each guest to raise a toast at the start of the evening! After that you are welcome to set up a personal tab.

DINNER
The set menu listed to the right will be served family style down the tables so everyone can help themselves. The perfect way to try lots of amazing dishes! If you have any concerns about dietary requirements please communicate this to Alfie and Alice before 20th April.

Please dress in smart/cocktail attire! Another excuse to celebrate and get dressed up!
The Menu
ICELANDIC CHAR
Served with roasted potatoes, Israel couscous salad drizzled with melted butter with garlic, onion, capers and a twist of lemon.

ROK PLOKKFISKUR
Traditional Icelandic fish pie with cheese, hollandaise and rye bread.

CHICKEN SKEWERS
Grilled in a garlic and paprika rub served with hummus, lemon and herbs

CURED REINDEER
With blue cheese, almonds and burned butter.

BEEF TENDERLOIN
Served with chimi churi roasted potatoes and ailoi

ICELANDIC CHEESE
Drizzled with honey and almonds to enjoy with sourdough bread
